MES struggling to get hotter than 255. Been cooking since 7pm last night. Internal temps around 185. No wrap. Thinking about finishing in oven at 275. What do you guys think?
Woke up to internal temps of 165 or so. AMNPS burned all the way through during the night. Got about 5 hours of smoke out of it I am guessing. Reloaded.
David, wondered how that pork price stacked up. Glad I got the card discount. Will price check against Restauraunt Depot next time.
After 6 plus hours, put in internal temperature probe which showed 136 and 142. Reloaded the AMNPS.

Anyone have any experience with Winn Dixie pork shoulders? They sell bone in butts that look decent. Don't have any experience grading shoulders though so was looking for a second opinion. TIA
