Finally got my masterbuilt electric smoker next up burn the oils and season it. .excited to break it in this weekend. .thinking I'm gonna go with a chicken and some wings for my maiden voyage..picked up an awesome mango bbq sauce at pepper palace :yahoo:- jnett
