i thought i was good at math, ha.. i figured and figured and thought i needed 8 feet. thats what i ordered.
when they came yesterday i cut to size. and had 4 feet left over....... so as the saying goes---- measure twice cut once.
can't wait to use them on cold smoke cheese.. last time i tryed...
that looks really good. i'm trying my second smoke. I did 2 chickens, turned out great.
i got two 8 lb butts to go on.next. should i do both at the same time, would that double
the cook time? is it fat side up or down? do you trim off any fat? thanks. ken
haven't got a smoker yet but looking. i want the masterbuilt 40 with all thebells and whistles. i maybe dreaming but going to try.just a premature question. can you smoke different meats or whatever atthe same time and take out the things done quicker at different times?i'm getting soooo hungry...
