    10lb Pork Loin W/ QVIEWS!!!

    Apple is good for pork! (I mix apple/maple in my 30" MES)  Never done one that big, but like was said, just watch the internal temps.  What type of rub you going with?  There are so many out there... Good luck and let us know how it turns out!!

    Pork Loin Sirloin roast ?

    I did one the other day and coated with yellow mustard, put on some Emerils rub (gift from MIL), wrapped up in plastic wrap overnight and smoked that way.  Slicing is the only way to go with this cut.  IMO.  Good luck with whatever, tho!!

    Well, the in laws said they didn't want to cook for the holiday, so they bought a pork loin for me to smoke!  I coated with yellow mustard, rubbed some new seasonings my MIL got for me and let it set overnight.  Got the MES to 225*, apple/maple smoke going and let 'er rip!  Was VERY well...

    Sooo....  Since I got my MES I have been experimenting with things.  Wife thinks I am crazy, but hey, it's fun!  I did this just to try. 2 medium apples, cored and halved sprinkled with cinnamon and light brown sugar 175* for 2 hours with apple/maple chips. I think next time I might peel...
