Really looking to try out some new rubs.. Doing spare ribs this weekend and I've always used the grill mates sweet and smokey.. Do any of you have suggestions
as you can see I have a pig roaster to I've thought about putting a smoke box on it.. What i find works great center the pig on the spit and do indirect heat wood and coals on each end for the last 45 minutes to hour spread the coals under the pig and u get great crackle
