    Just to add I planked some salmon tonight. Used about 20 heat beads, lit about 17:00. Its now 21:15 and they are still warm.

    What Size is Your Wood?

    I can honestly say that chunks are the bees knees thanks to James (Smokewood) Two chunks of pear and one of cherry gave a great pulled pork. As for Danny, one day soon he will be enlightened.
