    Just purchased MES 30 with window and remote 20070411. I am having trouble synching the remote with the controller. The remote occasionally works with the controller. Any tips on how to operate the remote or should i say get it to work so i can set the time and the temp.?

    Master Forge 33" Electric Smoker

    I purchased this smoker about 6 weeks ago from Lowes and have used it approximately 8 times. It has performed very well every single time and I am very pleased with it. I did read some negative reviews particularly about the control panel but that has not been the case with the one I purchased.
