    Todd, Congrats on a great looking smoke and Q too. I have a hard time finding Dino ribs that look that good. They usually have very little meat. It's all good my friend.

    You need to smoke them to get the real deal. Try cutting the recipe amounts in half, you can always eat the leftovers... if there are any. It's all good my friend.

    If you have ever tasted swai or basa, regardless of how it was prepped/cooked, you would never consider calling it catfish. For about the same price as swai or basa in Cali, I'll buy tilapia. Thanks for the informative post. It's all good my friend.

    Smoking to a powder

    If you don't have too many peppers, you can toast them in a dry pan over a burner. This should remove any residual moisture. And yes, if they aren't completely dry, they will creat a paste while in the grinding process.It's all good my friend.
