If you don't have a panel to it, it will be wise to cut one in the back so you can have easy access to the switch. It never fails that the switch will go bad on you while in the middle of a smoke. At that point if you have a panel you can at least cut out the old switch, wire nut the 2 wire...- tallbm

Hi there and welcome! The only "better" you can get is to get ceramic switches. Just know that if you wiggle the tabs on the switches AT ALL (where they connect to the back of the switch) the switch will likely melt down on you after a while (months maybe). Head Country was my favorite sugar free sauce but now Rays (by sweet baby rays) is my favorite sugar free bbq sauce. It's just damn good as is and they use allulose for the sweetener which seems to cause no issues with diabetics or keto folks. I believe some diabetics get insulin responses...- tallbm

That might have to be the approach if I try it. I've learned the hard way that the pills don't work fast enough in my stomach for me to attempt regular milk or ice cream hahaha. They are fine if I happen to go wild on too much cheese. I wonder if I were to ferment the cream with my yogurt... -

Once you rewire you can plug in the MES cord and the heating element will simply heat up but don't leave it like that. It has no control. Basically plugging it in is ON and unplugging is off. If left plugged in it will heat until the safety switch stops for short time or it burns down lol...- tallbm

Nice!!!! Yeah that seems to be the favorite option of folks. It has all the bells and whistles AND is easy to use with the mobile app interface. Programming the base level one with the buttons is not intuitive. It's a 1 time act that isn't hard but their directions were written by a drunk...- tallbm

No problem. Actually this will make everything nice and concise :D 1. Instructions to rewire will bypass the MES controller automatically. All the rewire is doing is connecting the MES plug wires to the wires that run to the MES heating element thereby making all the electronics in the MES...- tallbm
