    1st smoked turkey breast.

    The easist way would be to place Bacon all over the exposed meat .:drool , besides Bacon makes it better . And ,yes , you could wrap fiol around her ! Cook @ 350*f for abaut 2 hrs. , it should be at 165*f and ready for rest of 39 to45min.
