I've asked the wife for her input and it was limited to "Whatever I want so long as I learn to do it right". She knows me too well! Anyway, I think I have settled on the one from BBQGalore. Yup, I was also told they are sold out valley wide (here in AZ). However, he did add that they are expecting new shipments by the end of June. So, I may have to wait a little longer for my Dad's Day gift, but I think it will be worth the wait.- ciege
