Temp Controller (blower) on an offset smoker
Dave, 1) what cooker are you using the temp controller on? 2) I'm currently using a custom damper plate in the stock damper location (end away from CC) to connect my fan. Am interested in putting the port under the CC to help provide protection from the elements, but have had a hard time...- dkellogg3
