    Heres a few pics of mine......  did not remove foam, made sure everything was sealed off well with high temp food grade silicone, and removed all plastic and galvanized parts.  replaced everything with aluminum, and works great!  my smoker never exceeds 200 degrees and most often not more than...

    Were can I find smaller then 19mm collagen casings??

    I know a lot of lockers make snack sticks smaller then the 19mm casing size.  anyone know were I can get smaller casings?

    Venison Slim Jimz

    My sticks always shrivel 3 times as much as that.  whats the trick to keep them looking full?  I have tried ice water bath with no different results....and always hang them to bloom.?????

    Thinking about a plywood build - 3600w electric IR heat source for cabinet style smoke house

    heres mine, instead of plywood I used a commercial freezer....  I LOVE IT!!  I used the amnps for smoke, now I use two of them, once its set, I really dont need to check on it at all unless i need to raise/lower the temp for what im smoking.
