    Mind Blown!!

    Newbie question here. Do pellets expire? If I buy in bulk and keep them dry will they still give out great smoke and flavor even if I use it let's say 2 years from now? I don't want to invest in a large buy only to have them go bad.

    Phrett, I have a bag of the cookingpellets.com Perfect mix. I'm going to try them this weekend on some pork ribs and see what those bad boys are all about.
