Found a boneless pork shoulder loin in the freezer the other day, so I decided to smoke it. 4lbs total. MES 30. Smoked it at 240 for 3 hours, then foiled it for 3 hours with some apple juice and let it cool down in the smoker. Not the best, but not a bad result for found meat.
Hello all. I've been cooking on stoves, campfires and grills for several years, but am just getting started with a smoker. My first smoker is a Masterbuilt 30" electric. I'm a big fan of ribs, poultry and brisket and hope to master a nice hot link as well.
