Ok quit being in a hurry all the time. I just ordered the flat bottom wood handle one that @clifish recommended. It’ll be here Thursday so I’ll return the other or save it for a gift….for someone w a gas stove lol- Timber II

A buddy of mine cook some steaks last night and then had to rush off and do something else and the steak sat out all night. He cooked them, medium rare. I’m thinking they’re probably not good. What do you say?- Timber II

Excessive cook time
The first thing I would do is get another temp probe in there and see if the actual smoker temp is what the masterbuilt says it is.- Timber II
