    For a cheap bourbon alternative, go with Evan Williams! Whether in recipes or on mixed drinks, no use paying for jack or makers when the taste and smoothness is not an issue.

    I feel your pain...I did that once with a prime rib that I was bringing to my sister in laws house...wrapped it in foil too soon and it was shoe leather. Yours looks good though and at least it was tasty and tender!
