That looks great! The color on that chicken is making me drool. I love making meals like this on my blackstone. I have become a fried rice addict because homemade is so much better than my local take out places. I am definitely going to have to try cooking rice noodles on it!
Really great thing that you all did! I am lucky enough to be a part of a local bbq group that cooks for charity/outreach etc. and in a tough time or time of need, food is always helpful! Great job!

I am a 100% with Al. For sausage, an electric maintains whatever temp you want for however long you want it. No worries about fat our or whatever. And it does a nice job on butts, ribs, brisket, etc. The MES that Al mentioned is also well insulated and is great for cold smoking bacon...
This has been a great thread so far! I have used your cure in the past to make beef bacon using boneless short ribs and it came out great! Can't wait to see how it comes out with brisket as it is a less expensive and more readily available cut around here. Not sure if I missed this or not but...
