    Side smoker attachment

I also have a Masterbilt side smoker that I use. I added some pipe to it so the smoke is nice and clean before going into the smoker. I also added a router variable speed controller to it so I can turn down the heat as much as I like. I usually load it up and put it on high until it really gets...

    Carp for dinner

They look exactly like their name. Bottom feeders. The meat is white, firm and flaky with lots of bones. Most people don't eat them and use them for bait for other fish. We used to go to this bridge over a small creek around midnight and lower a big net down. But I'm getting to old to dip now...

    Carp for dinner

Love salmon patties. We also make sucker patties which are real good also. Suckers run one time a year in a creek near me which we net at night usually around midnight.

Propane/NG Conversion for Small Honda Electric Generator

I use the backfeed method also. My generator is 10,000 surge watts with 8,000 running watts on gasoline. Less on propane. The good thing about propane is it is cleaner to run than gas and it never goes bad like gasoline. I use 100lb tanks.

Propane/NG Conversion for Small Honda Electric Generator

I just bought a new generator that runs on gas or propane. A 20lb tank like the one used for a bbq would last about 5-6 hours depending on load. Lots videos on YouTube to show you how to convert to propane. Some are simple but don't look too safe.

    [Stupid] GREAT! Question

I give them to the wife. She only complains when I smoke something that really gets the grates super messy. She won't let me in her kitchen too often (says I make too much of a mess:eek:) she's a clean freak.:)
