3.5 pound beef short rib, used a little olive oil as a binder and plowboys bovine bold for a rub, threw them on at 250 degrees they cooked for about 6 an a half hours, no foil just cooked them straight through, turned out awesome!
Just bought a tp20! Pretty excited to try it out, also got a can of bovine bold in the mail as well, probably gonna do a pork butt or some pork belly next week, anybody on here have experience with the tp20?
Thanks man! And hell yea it is, I started out with a Brinkman and it was pretty crappy lol so to have something that holds Temps well and draws through allot of heat and smoke, feels great.
