First build, a question about the interior
I have an upright freezer that I'm going to convert to my smoker. Once I take the plastic and insulation out I'm going to re-insulate with Rockwool. My question is, can I use OSB as my interior box? I would use sheet metal at the bottom because of the propane. But because of ease of fabricating...- keta5382

Hello all. My family was in the butcher / smoking business years ago, my dad has gotten back into it, and as a result, so have I. Been reading a lot and decided to join as I have a few questions about building my smoker.
