    Hey y'all! Finally after 10 years I decided it was time to upgrade and build a bigger smokehouse. I went from 2X2 and 9' tall fired with a 15,000BTU PROPANE BURNER TO A 3X3 and 7' tall fires with a 30,000BTU double propane burner. I'm including some picks of the new smoker. I'm having some...

    So I just built this beast. Went from a 2'X2' to a 3'X3' and almost tripled my smoking capacity!!!! I'm having a little trouble tho getting heat evenly throughout (mostly on the outsides) and I'm looking for some suggestions. Thanks!!!
