    I use 2 of those smokers on a weekly basis I prefurer however you spell it to be filled with apple juice smoke with apple and cherry for 6-8 then put in aluminum tray and wrap to finish. Everybody has a different way of smoking so figure out what you like then tweak it to your liking .!!!!!!

    I would've takin' out sooner then  wrapped so it would soak up all the juices for the last couple hours.
