    A little info to put here for you guys trying to determine air tank thicknesses... SH or SHTH = Shell thickness (main body) HD or HDTH = Head thickness (rounded caps) So this tank based off that plaque is .114" thick for the main body, and .094" thick on the rounded end caps.

    I do not have a stop in there at all, no. I get exactly what you're saying, and that is a.... grate... idea! haha. I will definitely do that in the future. I don't forsee myself accidentally pulling it out too far, but I do like to drink while I'm smoking, so a safety feature is a good idea!

    Appreciate it! I taught myself to weld when I was a teenager... jump in and just learn it kind of thing. I'm the kind of guy that spends more time in the garage than the house, so its a valuable skill to have for sure!

    I got my door all framed out and finished up. I used 1/8" x 1-1/2" CRS for this. I notched the door all the way around every 3" or so, and welded from the back side.     They actually aren't bad at all. That cam is very worn..... However, after a test fit, it just adds way too much weight to the door, so I think the cam handle is out unfortunately
