Can it be this easy really??? I let it settle and its held steady at 250. My old gas grill would hold 250 with the top open and propane turned all the way down; but closing the lid it would jump to 350-400, so I would play the open/close/crack game to keep it in the 200s. I cant wait to get... -

Doing my first burn now. So far just put it together and am testing my ability to make a charcoal fire. I had a poor $90 lowes gas grill for the past 8 years that I had to fight to do any decent grilling on and decided it was time to do it right and stuck it out by the curb. Ordered the parts... -
