Hey Im Uptonogood, im pretty new to smoking but not new to eating! I purchased my smoker around a year ago but only just fired it up and experieinced a few difficulties that brought me to here! Hey Im new to these forums and smoking meat. I have a fox hunter bullet smoker, very similar to the brinkman or "ecb" smokers.
