    Smoke times depend on if you are a low and slow cook or a power cooker meaning hot and fast. So time you cannot really go by that time is just a rule of thumb to get someone in the ball park for. Temps is what I cook by the eternal temp and the feel is a given no exceptions. So yes they are.
