Almost anything smoked but sausage the best. Unfortunately (????) Am the only one besides my kids that will partake of my creations. So that means more for me but also limits the size of product I make at a time . A person can eat only so much after all,but i try lol.

Here like other places ticks come and go. This past summer one of my dogs (English golden) got bit by one. $4000.00 later she is back to her self. Hoping no lasting effects. Have heard from other people some of the other side effects those bugs can produce. Not pleasant at all.
Beautiful! Had 3 labs like her before, most friendly, loving dogs ever. Lots of energy when young. Took like 3 years to calm down,but would not have it any other way. Enjoy .

They sure do a fine job. I have the #5 and #10. The 10 is from my father in law. Ground many many deers. Can't beat them for small batches, easy clean up.

Shoot! Just noticed the tripe mention. My mom when she was alive made spicy tripe soup that I loved. Since she passed away I tried couple of times but was not able duplicate her soup. I have not given up but it's not easy with my wife holding her nose pinched and complain about the smell. One...
