    Brisket Rub faves

    My recipe that I use is as follows: 1/3 Cup Kosher Salt 1/3 Cup fresh ground black pepper 3 tablespoons of granulated onion 3 tablespoons of granulated garlic 1 tablespoon 6 pepper blend I keep mine fairly simple and I don't use sugars on beef. Just personal preference.

    Billbo's world famous dry rub & BBQ sauce recipe's

    Made this sauce this weekend.  I used Serrano peppers instead of Jalapeno.  My wife loved it, I didn't quite find it to my taste.  I'm going to try again and tweak it, because though I don't love it, i do think it has good flavor.

    Old Country BBQ Pits Wrangler Smoker Review

    I now have this smoker and I can attest it has been quite a surprise to use.  It holds temp well and is very easy to bring to temp. I'm glad I spent the money on it.
