Correct. Starting from right to left, Old Country BBQ Pits G2 Offset, Weber Sprit E210 propane grill, Masterbuilt 560 Gravity Fed Smoker, Old Country BBQ Pits Vaquero Grill (Santa Maria grill) and on the bottom left is a Gas One Propane burner 200k BTUs. I could be wrong but, I've been told around the price of 3k. As far as the temps going off on you - it's like any smoker; you learn how to use it best. Theres about a 5-inch gap between the walls and the roof where it can vent. There is also a saloon style door to the right if needed but so far, the gap has been sufficient enough.- Al Lunacy
