    5# belly 7day dry cured with a bit brown sugar added. I had little over 5hrs smoking in apple/hickory I blend. Turned out fabulous and I set my slicer thick cut.

    Whole wheat bread,not my favorite but it was good with cinnamon & sugar butter. Kinda taste like roadhouse butter. 154# food whole lol. I'm thinking stuffed peppers soon.

    I'd buy use pink Himalayan sea salt, lemon pepper,wrap put in fridge for 6 -8hrs. Then smoke them and you sauce of choice when desired. They will tender,juicy and when bbq have a little bit from lemon pepper.

    Last post for probably a long time. Myelofibrosis in my spine,I have to go to the hospital. I've been excepted to Indiana University cancer Institute. Only 13,000 living case's, I make 13,001 in the United States. Going out with a bag lol. My first time smoking a roast,thanks to you all.

    So now I'm inspired to try the grill smoked Chuck roast. Dry rub of choice is peppersteak and mushroom. Resting peacefully in the fridge. More to come with pictures,from final temp and finished look inside the roast.
