    Vegetable Beef Soup

    Roast beef (deli style)

    Great looking RB Deermaker.. Clifish, when I make homemade deli RB, I portion it out by the 1/4 lb, vac seal, and freeze it. Works like a champ. Of course, it doesn't stay in the freezer for long. Somehow my Dad knows when I make RB, and then the phone rings.

    My family was gifted 3 of these. First time smoking one. Onto the Recteq at 180 for about an hour or so, and then I'll crank the heat up a little. I see some tasty pork chops in the near future. My mother asked that I don't put any rub, or seasoning on it (BOOOOHHH). That's why it's naked.

    From what I've seen, the El Cheapo diesel heaters need to run full blast to keep them buring clean.
