I have a Masterbuilt XL and I bought a 10" iron skillet and put it on top of the chip pan. First couple of smokes I put chunks in the skillet, they last about an hour. I bought one of Todd's 12' tubes and used it for the fist time yesterday, lasted for around 3 1/2 hours. Worked like a charm...
I'm wanting to smoke a whole rack of pork chops, don't even know if thats the " official " name. Any recommendations on cooking temp and internal cook to temp would be greatly appreciated. any helpfull hints welcome

Cooked 4 spatched birds yesterday. Used Chef JJ's brine and instructions, they turned out GREAT ! Best chicken I ever had much less cooked. Also made a white sauce recipe from the recipe section, it was good also. Thanks to all for sharing their expertise And a special thanks to Chef JJ ...
Just bought a Masterbuilt XL and after snoopin here for a few days, I learned that I know NOTHING about smoking ! LOL TONS of good info here. thanks to all, I have already learned alot, and am looking forward to learning a lot more. Expect a lot of questions !
