Yeah..Todd recommended that I add at least 2 extra 3/4 inch holes down by the drip pan and possibly a 3rd. Would you put them all at the bottom by that little drip pan? Would those holes impact my ability to get warmer temps?

Those burgers look great. How big are the burgers? I've smoked them before, but they seem to get done within about 45 minutes. How did you smoke them that long? Mine were around a half pound. I was cooking at a similar temperature as you.
