    My brother retired when he was 45, my sister just retired this year at 70. I am pushing for 70. I have a good job that pays well and a lot of flexibility. Plus I have too many toys to support :-)..

    From what I can gather the minion method works well for Webber Smokey Mountain and not for the kettle. At least I haven't found any howto's using minion with a Webber kettle.
