In Alabama you can buy just one and get it half price for $7.50. I think in some states you have to buy both bags to get the deal.

Went to my local Publix this morning, I live in north Alabama. They had just carried Traeger Pellets. They now carry two types of Pit Boss pellets, Competition and I think it was Hickory.
They had a BOGO on them now, should be good at least through this coming Tuesday. Normally $14.99 for a 20...

I was thinking the other day and thought of something. One often adds sugar to a rub, so...why not use Tang? The orange drink power.

Bought a Traeger Pro 22.
First night was thick pork chops.
To be honest, okay but may not do again.
I just put a rub on them and no sauce on them.
Second night was wings. Rub on them and sauced them 5 minutes at the end.

First question for all you experts.
Should I "pre-season" the grill with a couple hours of smoking before I actually cook some meat?
I am thinking there might be oils and stuff from manufacturing on it/in it and a good preseason would be warranted.
