    My saturday smoke

I had a phenomenal BBQ on saturday.  Cooked a stuffed hamburger loaf with onion, green pepper, and provolone cheese and a whole chicken rubbed with my my brother's rub recipe.  One of my guests also brought country ribs that he had been marinating for 2 days and we smoked those up too.  after...

found a great gem of a meat market

I found a nice little meat market this week in Wayne, MI.  It's called Pizmo's and they have some really good meat and good prices too.  Fresh made specialty sausages and burgers all made in house and the flavors are to die for.  Decent prices and it's pretty easy to find makes it a nice go to...

    500 gallon tank build

Nice build.  Probably need a tri-axle trailer if you want to do a trailer mount but that cooks some serious meat.  If you don't mind my asking how much do you think you have into the build?

    Reverse offset smoker questions

The easiest way IMO is double the divide by pi and that give you the diameter of the half circle
