    Can't Hit Internal Temp

    How cold is it outside, you may need to bump up the temp, I had to do that a few times when the temp outside was below 20 degrees.

    I have a vintage American Slicing Machine, Model 50. this unit is in pretty good working order, but I have noticed that the blade stops while cutting harder meat like salami. I have had the unit for over 20 years, so I believe that it is time for a servicing. Would anyone out hear by chance...
