    1st time I have ever heard of anyone putting beef in boudin. Looked good. Real boudin has pork liver in it.

    They were stuffed with some pork sausage I made using jalapeño peppers. Same recipe I use to make my smoked sausage. Seasoned well and then coated with Frank's hot wing sauce. Then I just BBQ them.

    Foam is that your own seasoning or a prepared one? I have been looking and tried a few prepared mixes and have never been happy with any.

    Gave them a try tonight. They came out pretty good. Plan to shoot up some chicken legs for our Mardi Gras run. They will be cooked on a BBQ pit over coals thou.

    The red is to charge batteries on a camper. Black should be a ground wire.
