This is probably my issue, even though Auber customer service said the PID would work if I didn't have to take the smoker temp too high. But it won't even start the element heating. Time to send the PID back.....
Yes temp probe is plugged into controller and sensosor is in the smoker. The smoker runs fine on its own. Seasoned it yesterday. Trying to rune auto tune on PID now....
