Sorry for the delay in posting this.
This latest version has approximately 575 recipes in it. The amount of time required to get permissions from past posters is more than I anticipated so I'm not sure if/when I'll be updating this again. Hopefully this collection is inclusive enough to be of...
I’ve done jalapeño powder before, I used a dehydrator. I don’t remember the exact amount of time but set your temp to 125 degrees and leave them in for at least 12 hours. It’ll probably take longer than 12 hours but that’s a good place to start. I cut mine in 1/4 lengthwise to speed the...
I can take a PDF or most formats. For alot of formats I can cut and paste into the recipe program that I use and then do some basic cleanup, add photos etc. For other formats I enter the recipes in by hand.
And yes, I can add a section methods if it looks like something that might be of use to...
I’m already adding some new recipes based on the feedback Ive received in this thread! Thanks to all of you who offered to let me use your recipes in this project.
At some point Ill probably break this out into two volumes (maybe recipes up through 2016 and recipes from 2018 forward). But for...

Yeah, I’ve used that technique for Pablanos and bell peppers with great success. But I’m hearing that the skins on Hatch chili’s are extremely tough and need to be removed.
It’s no biggie, I’ve got 10 lbs. coming. I’ll roast them, remove the skins the freeze some and dehydrate some.
Looking to...
i know you can roast, peel and freeze them but has anyone tried dehydrating them? I’m assuming once they’re roasted and peeled they can be dehydrated like any other pepper but I’m wondering if anyone here has done it before.
Thanks.
Yes, any recipes that would be posted in this forum. I should have clarified a bit, I just need permission from the original poster of the recipe to use it in the collection. I'll find it in the forum and add it to the collection along with any images used in the recipe(s).
Hope this helps!
Jeff
Hi All!
Back in 2016 I assembled a wide variety of recipes from the folks here in this forum and created a recipe collection to be used by the forum members. The last version of this was done in June of 2016 and contained about 325 recipes.
At some point other things took the priority in my...
June 2016 was the last file I did. People were requesting the recipe file so I found the last version I had on my computer (I’ve upgraded pc’s once or twice since the original file was created). I upgraded the file as time allowed back then. You have all of the latest files, the one posted was...
I've moved these files up to my Google Drive. You can access and download them using the links below:

Thanks.

Each chapter section has an associated image. I lost the original image files so I replaced them with some that I acquired from a web search. I'm planning on replacing those generic images with images from some of the forum posters here but I'll have to track down the images I'm interested in...
All,
I recreated the file. I've been through a couple of computers since I originally worked on this project so it took a bit to track down the files and the original application.
Unfortunately, the file size of the collection is currently too large for this forums upload size restriction...
