Yes. Sprinkle honey all over ribs then brown sugar on top of that. Then I just pour some apple juice around the ribs and fold up the foil. So you are basically creating a juice steam pouch.
@Nick00. I have a MES30 as well. Love it. I would smoke at 225-235 for about 2-3 hours (2 for baby's 3 for spares). Then wrap in foil and add brown sugar, honey and apple juice for 2 more hours. Then one final hour of smoking and add sauce if you like. Good luck and take pics of your effort!
My local warehouse store is having a sale on ribs. They are usually always in a refrigerated section but not frozen. My question is can I buy some extra racks and put in my freezer and smoke them even a month down the line?? Will they be just as good and keep for that long?
