    Good deal.  Thanks! And since I forgot to type my pellet questions...  :) I've read that it can be difficult to keep fruit woods smoking, and that a blend of fruit woods with something like hickory is recommended.  is this going to be a problem, or do the pellet smokers not suffer from that...

    Nice job on the wheels and supporting frame.  1x4 pine? Small castors probably won't work for me since I'm on a regular deck, but maybe a larger set will do the trick.  I suppose it's be worth the $10-$15 investment to find out since  the existing rollers are next to useless.
