    Got a 10.5lb packer. Trimmed off about 2lbs of fat. Used SPOG for a rub and it is resting now. Still debating my start time tonight. Plan on eating tomorrow around 4-5 in the evening.     Bayou Classic Regulator Issue

    I have had issues with mine similar right out of the box. Had to constantly adjust every 20 minutes.  Contacted customer support via phone and email and they never contacted me back. I am back to a stock regulator and plan on installing a true needle valve. Mine was put on a Masterbuilt 2 door
