    Thanks Guy's. They were mighty tasty. This weekend my parents will be in town visiting. Dad has requested adult beverages and lots of BBQ. So I should be putting the GMG thru her paces. Fish, beef and some pork for sure

    Four hours in, at steady 250 temp. I have reached IT of 160. So I wrapped to bring temp up quicker. I started late I guess. Gotta get the food on the table. Fresh corn in husk on grill. Wifey has made some potato salad. Dinner should be yummmmmmm
