    I am changing things up this time, I am trying with no water in the pan.  Todd told me he never uses any, and i decided to give it a whirl.  I am getting nervous now, I am a hour in and my  butt is not dripping yet.

    Just put on a 4lb turkey breast, 8lb butt. Filled the pellet smoker with hickory and maple, going to pull the breast then go to bed and let the butt roll all night.  wish me luck, pic's to follow. Jake

    Here is all that is left over from the butt. I know its not what you want to see, but i was worried about eating not taking pictures.   I LOVE the amnps, it is great. Bear, These pics are from my phone, not sure how big they are on your end, but on my end they are about 4x4 or so. I will work...

    What are your favorite tricks for cleaning the grates?  It is the only part of smoking I hate. Also what about the creosote that builds up on the water pan do you clean it? Jake

    Todd, My temp is 185 and climbing nicely now. I want to say in public how great the amnps is!!!!!!   I filled two rows, lit it at 5:15 this morning, and it just burned out. Great Product!!!!!  I will post some pictured of the butt after it is done cooking and resting. Jake
