Not sure being I can't eat solid foods but know it must have been. There was only dishes to clean up. My 16 yr old came back later and polished it off.
The family is heading out for the 4th and I can't join them so I cooked them stuffed pork chops on the pit.

Thanks Chef, They are telling me I must make more as soon as the tomatoes are ready. I was really hoping to do about 12 quarts of BBQ sauce to last until next spring.
Thanks Todd Family enjoyed it. Very tasty and tender. I can't eat solid foods but the juices were very tasty. I like the idea of a pan and next time will try that.
