    I can't believe I did not take pictures of the chicken. I think I was so enamored with the size and look of the brisket, that I completely forgot about talking pictures of the chicken. It turned out great,  I actually thought it was a little better than the brisket.

    Appreciate the input and the tips guys! Since I have not bought the brisket yet, I think I am going to start with chicken and burgers, sounds like an easier process for a beginner. Will post with pictures when I am done (I am looking to do it next Saturday). Thanks again!
