    I buy my briskets at Sam’s. I use just salt and pepper with hickory pellets for about 14 hours. Best stuff on planet earth. I bet yours will be great!

    I love my Traeger. It is almost set it and forget it as long as the hooper is full of pellets.

    I spray it with Tylex and let it set for a few minutes then wipe it clean with paper towels.

    I could not keep my tray lit either, but my tubes work just fine. I do not know the difference other than the tubes work good. I put my tubes to the far left where I run my thermometer wires through and they burn great.
