I work on planes for a living and I wouldn't trust it. I've found 90 % of the stuff used on planes has some very nasty chemicals in it. Nothing I would want around my food at least.
Lol really ouch. I've smoked with minea few times now. But I'm very anel about not letting a drop off water touch it. .. I think the cover will do wonders to. However if youre in a place with a lot of moisture in air the cover won't help that.
Yeah I'm still a beginner to I've been smoking about 6 months. Pork butt is my favorite to smoke I always have a couple butts and they are great to grind up and make sausage to. Yummm!

Welcome aboard mate! We are here to help. Have you thought of building a smoke house out of wood instead? If you don't have the skills for brick, wood is a wonderful alternative and can be done for under 100 dollars. All you need is to find some scrap pallets for material!
